Shipping policy

We have warehouses in the US. But sometimes popular products may be temporarily out of stock in these warehouses.

We currently only offer free shipping to the US (except Hawaii and Alaska). If one or more products in your order are out of stock in your local warehouse, we will arrange multiple package delivery orders for you or send packages for you from China.

If you are from Hawaii, Alaska or other countries, then you need to pay the shipping fee according to the Worldwide Shipping standard provided by the system on the checkout page. If your country's customs has the corresponding policy requirements, you may need to pay the import fee when the package arrives at your country's customs department.

Delivery Time

We will process the order for the customer within one working day, and package will be arranged to ship soon.

Choose a package with free shipping, which usually takes 7-15 days to arrive. If the product in the order is out of stock in the local warehouse, the package may take 10-20 days to arrive.

Packages that choose expedited shipping may usually arrive in 3-6 days. If the product in the order is out of stock at the local warehouse, the package may take 7-10 days to arrive. We will try our best to choose the fastest shipping method for you.

Packages by Worldwide Shipping usually take about 10-20 days to arrive.

For some special products (limited by weight, volume or shipping channel), we will only ship from China, and only provide international shipping.

Order Tracking

The tracking number will be updated in our system. If you do not receive updates in time, you can contact service@eropair.com via email to get your order information updated. If you do not receive a reply, please check whether you have added our customer service email (service@eropair.com) to the whitelist.

We will choose the most suitable shipping method according to the warehouse location, your country and the properties of the goods

Delay

Due to uncontrollable objective factors, the arrival of goods may be delayed. When it happens, we will refund expedited shipping. Not applicable for international shipping.

Address

We don't ship to any PO BOX address, please use a physical address when you order.

For remote addresses, we will charge you a remote fee before dispatching the parcel.

The actual fee depends on the nature of the product, the weight of the package, your specific address and different carriers. We will explain in the email.

We know that the personal privacy of customers is the most important. So our extremely discreet packaging means you can shop with confidence. All packages will not disclose any information related to your shopping privacy.
