Return & Exchange Conditions:


Please contact service@eropair.com or the customer service agent on the website if you need to refund or return your order. For sanitary purposes, All sales are final, When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in working condition. We will only refund or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to our warehouse. so please keep all original packaging. If you have any further questions or problems, please email us at service@eropair.com

Applicable conditions for returns and refunds:

1. Package damaged in transit

Even though all items have been QC before shipment, the damage occurred in transportation is inevitable. If your items are received defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Customer Service Email service@eropair.com

Return the item(s) with tracking number to our warehouse; Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit or replacement.

2. Incorrect item

If the products delivered to you is completed different with the one you order and we confirm that the error is on our part, We will send you the correct product or full refund(if you don't want we resent the correct item to you, we will full refund to you ).

For the incorrect item, if you are able to find a use of it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.

If you don't want to keep the incorrect item, Please return the item to us. we will bear shipping fee. Please contact with our customer service before any returns. you can email us at service@eropair.com and receive a Return Number (RMA#) along with the proper address to return the items to. We will require your Name, Order Number.


Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit or replacement.

3. Address Corrections

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when checking out with our online cart system. Our fulfillment system utilizes the same information to process shipping labels.  In the event you enter the wrong address you "the user" will be responsible for address correction fees or for non-receipt of merchandise due to inaccurate information. This includes apartment numbers, suite number and route boxes.

4. Back Orders

Although we try our best to have all items in our catalog in stock at all times, occasionally we encounter situations where a third party cannot supply us with a particular product or materials as soon as we would like them to. Machine orders may also be heavier than normal. In such situations, we will ship all available items to you upon receipt of your order and then we ship the back-ordered item or items as soon as possible without additional shipping charges. We do not back order items for International Customers.  In the event you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you by email

5. How long the customers will receive refund?

we will process refunds if the customer order is eligible for a refund, and it takes 3 business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit or replacement. Customer can receive refund in an hour if pay by paypal

6. Who pays the return shipping cost?

We will bear the shipping fee if customer receive incorrect or defective products. or customers will need to pay shipping fee if return for no reason. Please contact us by service@eropair.com before returns.

7. Timeframe for processing returns/exchanges/refunds:

  • We only accept return applications for products in progress due to quality problems.
  • We can process the exchange for you within 2 hours after you place the order.
  • If there is a problem with the product quality, you can apply for a refund/replacement within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Non-Refundable Iteams:

We don’t accept return or refund due to personal reason, for example, i don’t like the product or any Causes of other non-quality problems.
